Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with every purchase from Little Fur Finds.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours at gbitsadze49@gmail.com with a photo of the item and we will make it right immediately.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened grooming tools and pet care consumables are not eligible for return.
